Some the guys and girls in Sheridan Insurances are following healthy meal plans
that I have designed specifically for each of them. Not everyone wants to lose
weight. People want to make healthier lifestyle choices when it comes to food,
make healthy snacks for their family and just make sure they are doing
the best they can while at home with their family.

One of the questions I was asked was ‘ What should I choose when I go out
to a restaurant?’ It’s important that you can reward yourself after all your hard
work so if you have been really healthy during the week reward yourself at the
weekends but remember all in moderation.


If you do go out for dinner to a  restaurant and want to avoid overindulging too
much. Here’s a few tips to keep in mind at the dinner table.
