How You’ll Make an Impact

The Quality Control Auditor is responsible for the auditing of files within the Business Insurance Administration Department, in accordance with outlined procedures. The Auditor plays a key role in ensuring that compliance with relevant applicable legislation and regulation is achieved.

  • Developing relationships with all relevant stakeholders, e.g. Account Managers, current/potential clients, colleagues and insurers whilst providing excellent customer service.
  • Meeting targets set by the Company for renewal and retention
  • Ensuring that client requests are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Proactively upholding and promotion the professional reputation of the Company
  • Conducting file audits in an efficient manner
  • Completing error logs as and when required

 

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within the insurance industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management
  • Ability to prioritise competing deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders at various levels throughout the business
  • Maintain Minimum Competency Code and annual CPD requirements
  • Strong IT skills (with proficiency in the use of Relay an advantage)
