The purpose of this role
- To develop a group HR department and take responsibility for all HR duties.
- To partner with management, to implement policies and procedures that enhance the employee experience allowing employees and the group, to operate efficiently in compliance with all aspects of employment legislation.
- To grow and drive the HR department towards becoming a value contributor and group strategic partner, collaborating with the leadership team. The HR generalist will implement a HR Strategy and people initiatives that align with the overall Gallagher strategy.
- This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years HR experience who is ambitious, innovative and driven and wants to progress their career.
