The purpose of this role

To develop a group HR department and take responsibility for all HR duties.
To partner with management, to implement policies and procedures that enhance the employee experience allowing employees and the group, to operate efficiently in compliance with all aspects of employment legislation.
To grow and drive the HR department towards becoming a value contributor and group strategic partner, collaborating with the leadership team. The HR generalist will implement a HR Strategy and people initiatives that align with the overall Gallagher strategy.
