The Role

  • The purpose of the role is to take full responsibility for all HR administration duties including maintenance and organisation of all employee files.

  • This involves building relationships with and supporting management in creating, implementing, and updating policies and procedures that enhance the employee experience. The key emphasis is to allow the business to operate efficiently in compliance with all aspects of employment legislation.

  • The role holder will be responsible for full employee lifecycle administration including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for all employees and will support management in ad-hoc administration duties and HR projects.

Position in the Career Structure

This is a group HR Administrator role. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and ambitious with a focus on career development as the role provides an excellent opportunity to grow with the business.

Key Requisites

  • Degree or equivalent third level qualification in HR.

  • CIPD membership essential.

  • Experience of working in an administrative capacity, preferably HR.

  • Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation and best practice. Commitment to keeping up to date with legislative changes.

  • Enthusiastic about personal career growth and development.

  • Ability to be a strong team player and communicator, supporting all business functions while also working on own initiative.

Employment Type

  • Full-Time, initial 6-month FTC with potential for permanency.
  • Blended Working.
