Pancake Tuesday is on the 13th February

It’s one of my favourite days of the year because you have an excuse to fall off the healthy food wagon during the week! Serious question? Do you prefer large thin pancakes or small fat pancakes? For me, it really depends on what my pancake batter looks like! I wouldn’t be the most amazing chef in the kitchen. Although I do know how to make a pancake extra tasty with our Sheridan selection of pancake fillings.



Nutella with strawberries, crushed honeycomb and a dollop of ice cream

This might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I think it would be lovely with my cup of tea! The chocolate, the fruit and the crunchy honeycomb! It will be devoured in seconds!


Blueberries with natural yoghurt

A tasty and healthier option that would be lovely with a drizzle of yoghurt and some chopped nuts. You could roast the nuts on the pan for a few minutes. That would be beautiful!!!


Melted Mars Bar

A throwback to our childhood. Chop up the Mars bar and place it on the pancake. Throw it in the microwave for 20 second. Take it out and give yourself a giant scoop of vanilla ice cream. Delicious!


Lemon and castor sugar

The traditional squeeze of lemon and castor sugar. It never fails to disappoint and I think most of your house will eat these pancakes!
