We Think These Could Be Santa’s Christmas Eve Treat!
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas and I have just the treat for Santa this
Christmas Eve. He’s going to be very busy delivery presents to kids all over
Ireland and wouldn’t it be lovely to leave out some delicious chocolate brownies.
Some of the guys in the Kilkenny office will be baking for Santa this year. I love
this recipe because it is so simple and there are very few ingredients required.
You can get the kid involved and it’s a lovely way to spend time with them before
Santa arrives! I hope you enjoy baking this recipe and I will post another recipe
online next week.
Happy Baking!

Lorraine’s Tip
Add some nuts to this recipe if you want to vary it e.g. walnuts, hazelnuts! So rich & delicious.
